Horrible. I dropped the car off for service at 9am Monday 7/10/23. Went to pick it up at 6pm same day. Service valet had no idea where my keys were nor could t I dropped the car off for service at 9am Monday 7/10/23. Went to pick it up at 6pm same day. Service valet had no idea where my keys were nor could they locate the vehicle for nearly 45 minutes. Service valet guy laughed when I got upset and said he wouldn’t help me if I continued to yell and complain about my vehicle not being found. Asked for the service manager to call me about the incident, never received the call. Instead I got a call from the service dept pleading and bribing me not to write a bad review. More
