I had very good experience at the Hudson Honda. The salespersons found ways to make me happy and satisfied with my choice by reducing the price. Beware of this dealership. The salespeople here are extremely unprofessional and dishonest. During my 3 hours negotiation, other salespeople were chatting about how some girl's "ass was fine" and want extremely unprofessional and dishonest. During my 3 hours negotiation, other salespeople were chatting about how some girl's "ass was fine" and wanted to "hit it". Seriously, these are their exact words. The car I came to see that I saw online was not at the dealership because it was already sold. Classic bait and switch. Salesperson showed me another car priced $5k more than the other. Also, they tried to add on an additional charge to make it "certified". This is their M.O., because they know you don't have all the info about the car they're trying to sell you. I was given the Carfax that was printed out 3 months earlier, because the updated version said it was certified already. So basically, they just want you to pay extra for their so-called certification when the car is already certified at the original asking price. Also, they tried to tell me that I could take the car off the lot right away because there is temporary insurance on it! Never heard of that in my life. DO NOT EVER TAKE THE CAR OFF THE LOT BEFORE YOU PUT INSURANCE ON IT! I asked for the certification report on tha car, and they promised me it was certified. As if that was sufficient. Does anybody ever take the word of a car salesman seriously? DON'T! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING because that's the only thing that'll stand up in court. I know this because I am an attorney. DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT on a car to reserve it! This is what this dealership tries to do to get you coming back and eventually feel obligated to buy a car from them. I came back a few days later to talk to my salesperson, and the car that I originally came in for was sitting on the lot!! Salesperson tried to tell me it was not the same car. However, I had all my paperwork and the VIN was exactly the same. Visiting this place was a complete waste of time. I ended up buying a Toyota for a great deal, and it took less than 1 hour. More
Xavier is the man. I went to 19 dealerships and he gave me the best deal. He is da man!! The sales rep when I got there was a bit slow and more concerned about ordering his dinner than helping me, but Xa me the best deal. He is da man!! Horrible tricks they play. They will quote you an attractive price and then add hidden fees charges and what not (even thought they will tell you that there won't be any "extra" charges). Don't be fooled by the positive reviews here, they are probably being written somewhere in their back office by a sleazy salesman. We walked away from the deal because of their dishonest practice. Jhonny Rivas is a a cheap guy who himself can not afford a brand new car and has the nerve to make fun of my 2006 Nissan, yeah right. More
I must say that my experience did not start out real well. Mainly because I was in a bad mood from dealing with other dealers. However, once I met Xavier Salazar and then Daniel McHugh, things turned ar well. Mainly because I was in a bad mood from dealing with other dealers. However, once I met Xavier Salazar and then Daniel McHugh, things turned around rapidly. I was shopping for a few weeks via internet, phone and in person. I even had a "guaranteed" lowest price certificate via the NEA. Hudson Honda beat the price by $500.00. I was also having a difficult time between my bank and the dealer. Xavier & Danny actually got be a better interest rate, did the entire deal in house and I got delivery immediately! They even got me plates because I was taking the car to Delaware. This was a gift for my daughter (surprise) and due to the hard work of both of those people, I got a gift that a parent will always remember, making their child happy. Thanks to Xavier and Danny for a fantastic job! More

I asked for a quote from Hudson Honda and they pressured me to send the quotes i received from other dealers so that They could give me the best Price. I go into their showroom and ask for price that we will be paying to Aron Varela and Miosotty Martinez, we are promised again that whatever is quoted and there will be no extra fees, after being there for 3 hrs at 11 pm we are given a price which is 750 more and we are told its the price taht other dealer quoted you and we are matching the price. We were so tired and frustrated and we gave in at 11:30. But we feel really manepulated and cheated.They dont have any ethics and principles.When I showed them the qoute from Miosotty Martinez,to Aron Varela he had no idea what that 750 was added( which weas not in the quote)and when he went upto them The gneral manager Johnny Rivas I was shown the quote I sent them from another dealer,and they included their fine prints price as well.I dont recommend any one to do business with them. When we spenging $17,000 an add up of 700 is not what we care but they way they do the deals.It is not the matter of money it is the Ethics and princilpes they lack. More
