I have been working with this dealership for over four years. I purchased my first leased vehicle from Henry and just last year purchased my second leased vehicle from him as well. He was very helpful and years. I purchased my first leased vehicle from Henry and just last year purchased my second leased vehicle from him as well. He was very helpful and efficient while processing my paperwork. In addition, I have also interacted with Johnny for my purchases as well. He is very knowledgeable on the dealership and Honda vehicles. Also, I have used the service center multiple times and in fact only get service on my car at this location. The quality of the work is great and the service representatives are very helpful. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone. More

We went to Honda of West New York to service our Pilot with the idea of looking for a replacement vehicle since our lease was due in January 2011. When I entered the dealership I was greeted by a friendly young lady and was immediately taken care of and given to Hector Vinasco a sales associate who was also friendly, not pushy and very knowledgeable in his product knowledge. They gave me the real price right from the beginning with their internet dept (Doris) and Manager (Mia) helped me to get the best price. Once i got to the showroom my car was ready to be shown and it even had a reserve sign on it. Made me feel special!. The sales rep (Jimmy), and Managers (Jason) were awesome and their Finance manager (Mel) answered everything I asked questions about and made sure I understood everything. I would def recommed this dealer to friends and family they really know how to take care of their customers. And if your looking to save money this is the place to do at. More
I am SO glad I live close to this dealership or I wouldn't even have considered coming here. However, after visiting the sleazes at DCH Paramus, I wanted to find another dealer so that I wouldn't ha wouldn't even have considered coming here. However, after visiting the sleazes at DCH Paramus, I wanted to find another dealer so that I wouldn't have to give DCH my money (they're a big dealer and so can afford to sell their cars for cheaper than smaller dealerships). Danny McHugh was my sales rep, and he did everything to make sure I got my concerns answered and accommodated me in what ended up being a 4 hour deal in buying the car. I have a tendency to do things very thoroughly, and wanted to make sure I didn't get ripped off. But even in the 4 hour ordeal, he sat by me and made sure I got a very good price with very good answers. The pigs at Paramus only sat there patronizing me, and it was so liberating to have Danny and everyone else at the dealership accommodate me according to my needs, not theirs. I can't rave enough, if I could give it 10 stars I would!! Do yourself a favor and stop in at this dealership, you'll walk out with a brand new car and a smile on your face knowing you got a GREAT deal and SUPERB service. More

Beware of this dealership. The salespeople here are extremely unprofessional and dishonest. During my 3 hours negotiation, other salespeople were chatting about how some girl's "ass was fine" and want extremely unprofessional and dishonest. During my 3 hours negotiation, other salespeople were chatting about how some girl's "ass was fine" and wanted to "hit it". Seriously, these are their exact words. The car I came to see that I saw online was not at the dealership because it was already sold. Classic bait and switch. Salesperson showed me another car priced $5k more than the other. Also, they tried to add on an additional charge to make it "certified". This is their M.O., because they know you don't have all the info about the car they're trying to sell you. I was given the Carfax that was printed out 3 months earlier, because the updated version said it was certified already. So basically, they just want you to pay extra for their so-called certification when the car is already certified at the original asking price. Also, they tried to tell me that I could take the car off the lot right away because there is temporary insurance on it! Never heard of that in my life. DO NOT EVER TAKE THE CAR OFF THE LOT BEFORE YOU PUT INSURANCE ON IT! I asked for the certification report on tha car, and they promised me it was certified. As if that was sufficient. Does anybody ever take the word of a car salesman seriously? DON'T! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING because that's the only thing that'll stand up in court. I know this because I am an attorney. DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT on a car to reserve it! This is what this dealership tries to do to get you coming back and eventually feel obligated to buy a car from them. I came back a few days later to talk to my salesperson, and the car that I originally came in for was sitting on the lot!! Salesperson tried to tell me it was not the same car. However, I had all my paperwork and the VIN was exactly the same. Visiting this place was a complete waste of time. I ended up buying a Toyota for a great deal, and it took less than 1 hour. More
