My experience with purchasing a car from Hudson Honda, all around was great.I believe that the whole team, and Marlon was 100% the reason why my final decision in purchasing a new car was a Honda. He is very knowledgeable of the product, kind and a very accommodating/patient person. I was undecided about the 6 or 4 cylinder, drove him crazy and he never made me feel uncomfortable. He is very approachable with any concerns you have and goes out of his way to accommodate you. He said "I am here to help you to make the right decision so i can have you coming back for more". Now isn't that nice? It was clear to me that he cared very much about ME and making me happy. when I picked up my car he went over everything with me before I drove away. I can't say enough about him.I know I can call him if I have any problems. He is an asset to the organization. When I service my car I will be looking forward to seeing him. I feel they recommend a LOT of unnecessary work that I unfortunately later realized (from talking to people/internet) after they've done the work. Plus, they're workmanship is shoddy. Be sure you are familiar with Honda's maintenance schedule because they also try to hook you with services before they're due. Nice guys though! More

To whom it may concern, I just wanted to write you and let you know my entire experience at Hudson Honda has been bad from the get go. If I ever buy another Honda or have a friend interested in a Honda I will not recommend your dealership. Lets start with the day I purchased my Honda FIT. It was a the height of the financial crisis and most car dealers were willing to do anything to get a sale done. My sales person did not even want to budge on the sticker price. This was all after I spent some time with the finance person who gave me a terrible rate. Mind you my credit score was a 815 and the best he could do was a 7.99% rate. I can imagine the guy made 3-4 points on me. I was never given the truth in lending form all he did was show me his computer screen. This is a gimmick all lenders use. They are never willing to show you the point they are making on the loan. Back down to the sales room the sales guy still would not budge on sticker. It wasn't until I walked out he ran out after me an he lowered the price by $800. I was desperate for a car and I think he sensed it. It is a shame how dealers prey on people in need. Any how after nearly 6 hours of being at the dealership I go off in my new Honda FIT. I decided to let Hudson Honda do my routine maintenance like oil changes etc. Every time I go they push some other service on me. Which I for the most part have them do. Finally today I brought my car in today because my low tire pressure light went on over the weekend. When I gauged the tires all seemed normal so I believed the issue to be with the computer or the sensors. My car is still under warranty but I was told if the issue was as simple as my tires needing to be filled to correct the problem I would be charged for 1hour worth of work which would have been nearly $100. Needless to say I will never be back for service or to purchase another car. I will be posting this on dealerrater.com with hopes of deterring good people from your bad dealership. More
In all the years that I have dealt with car dealerships I have never encountered the professionalism, knowledge of their product and positive customer service that I had in Hudson Honda. The receptionist, Lisa, is a fantastic, vivacious and people-oriented individual who upon my 2nd visit to the dealership actually remembered my name after only few words with me on my original visit. Then there is Johnny! A true gentleman, who's very profesional,and effortlessly and painlessly guides you through the entire process without the usual stress of other dealerships. Thank you! Johnny. When I opted for Navigation in the car, I did not understand its complexity, however, I was lucky enough to have Aaron give me a "lesson" on the many applications of Navigation. Had I not bought the navigation and had Aaron explained the navigation system to me, he would have sold me on it! Such is his expertise! A few days after I got my new CRV I had to go to the service dept. to have several options I purchased, installed and that's where I met Fred. Again, Friendly, informative and helpful, another asset to your dealership. Here I also dealt with Fabio who was the person who drove me home upon leaving my vehicle. What a nice person and so courteous. There was not one person either in the showroom or in the service that did not greet me upon passing by me! You have a fantastic dealership & I sing your praises, as well as, recommend all my friends your way! Bravo! More

My previous Honda was from a different dealership but I preferred going to Hudson Honda for my second one because of the great customer service. I always got my car serviced here even though it is not the preferred going to Hudson Honda for my second one because of the great customer service. I always got my car serviced here even though it is not the closest location from my house due to the positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership for any Honda buyer.
