wcastillo7003 On behalf of Hudson Honda, I am concerned that you may have omited some details in your review. If my information is correct, you were trading in two cars for one car. There was money owed on one of the cars (or both) and you wanted back in the form of a check a substantial amount of money. To do "what you asked" the monies had to be put somewhere in the contract so that the bottom number reflects the total of the transaction. In order to compensate for the check back to you and the money owed, the selling price had to reflect that. We are an ethical dealer of record that does not ever have to resort to unprofessional business practices. I would be happy to have you sit down with the General Manager to go over your deal and make sure all the details are explained and understood. We are able to sell a large volume of vehicles from the exposure using different media. In defense of your two contacts at the dealership, they did reach out to your phone and got your voice mail, I can say that with certainty because our dealer tracking system time stamps the time, the length and the phone number called. As a rule, any dealership is in business to sell vehicles, I am only to sorry that you were not the first customer here to purchase the vehicle.
