LIARS! Went Labor Day , got a great deal we thought on the car and made the down payment. Because we live in Jersey city we asked if we could leave the car o Went Labor Day , got a great deal we thought on the car and made the down payment. Because we live in Jersey city we asked if we could leave the car on the lot and return in 10 days to pick up. Well we show up 7 days later and conveniently, our deal was no longer - hey wee now telling us to pay $26 more per month as the best they could do. Apparently we were supposed to sign some forms prior to for the financing however NO ONE told us of this. Not Lamont or Tim. We are very disappointed and angered at the same time for the amount of time wasted and for their dishonesty. Needless to say, we asked for a refund and walked out. I would stay clear of this Honda dealer. They are not trustworthy. More

Not only was John Colarte extremely helpful and knowledgable about the cars and leasing process, but it was very clear that he cared about finding the best deal and match for me. Finding your first car out of college can be very stressful, however, this was not the case with my experience at Hudson Honda. John understood my concerns and walked me through the process so that I did not feel pressured, as most people would feel with other car salesmen. If you need a salesman who you can trust and will take care of you, John is your guy!!! Horrible Customer Service I went to finance a car the end of July and left before the process was completed. A minimum of 15 emails have been sent to numerous staff and management, as well as voicemails, and to date still have not received a response. It has been over 3 weeks since I visited their dealership and all of the documentation was provided. More
