The documentation that was provided was provided at your request. If that was not enough, then a phone call or email, would have been appreciated. Instead, I did not receive any response to my numerous requests. What surprises me is that the same documentation that was provided to you, was provided to another Honda dealer who had me approved within hours and driving away with a new car the next day.
