I had a prior Honda lease that was up and we were no longer happy with our current Honda dealership In NY so I literally googled Honda dealership NJ and picked the closest one in google maps to NY and called the number. I was connected to sales and spoke to a very. I've young lady named Stephanie who was absolutely the perfect balance of getting the info needed about my current lease and informing me about my options for them to get me in a new lease. They were willing to match the offer we got from Our old Honda dealer, i filled out a credit application Online, made my first payment over the phone and was told my car would be ready for pick up in the morning. NOW, this is where I thought the B.S. Was going to start, normally when you get in the dealership the story always changes and you have to go speak to another manager blah blah blah...But I have to say I WAS SOOOO WRONG!! I walked in and met my product specialist named Joshua Rodriguez who was super friendly and genuine. We filled out the paperwork with the terms we agreed upon over the phone got our temporary plates on the new car and I was out of the dealership in my new CRV in less than 2 hours. I was almost in shock that absolutely ZERO B.S. Occurred and it was such a friendly environment in the dealership, the manager Carmen came over and offered us coffee...They gained my business on the spot!!! Thank you Hudson Honda for making this such a pleasant experience. More
