THEY DIDN'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES+THEY'VE BEEN HOLDING MY CASH They first approved me for financing a brand new car then we talked about getting a different brand new car with a lower price. They say if you find a cheaper price not only they price match and also give you %10 off of that price. First they refused to do that but at the and I convinced them to price match but I couldn't get them to give %10 off. Also after I showed them the price I got from another dealer they started calling me and my friend who was with me amigo and stuff. Not professional at all. Later they said the bank was closed and in order to get the process going faster I should give them deposit to be held. They charge me the deposit. Next day day ask me to come in to give them my bank statement in order to show the bank that'll give the credit. The following day they tell me I wasn't approved. Now it's been over a week and they still haven't refunded me the deposit. They shouldn't even have charged me deposit before everything was approved and done. They tell me the company has the money and they still tell me it takes time for the money to be processed. Not happy with this place at all. More
