My sales person Ashly was amazing from start to finish. She explained with great detail the process, I never felt stressed or overwhelmed. It was a breeze, from choosing the car that fit my needs to my options as far as financing. She also took time to sit and explain every feature my car is equipped with. I was able to drive away with a 2018 Accord touring 2.0t which I love. The staff from upper management to sales was friendly and very attentive. Change the transmission control module, before it's 10k mile Service is horrible, service adviser has no idea of car or part status every time I called, I was on hold over 20mnts each time. She ordered the wrong part, after having the part for 3 days she never called to confirm service appointment. After dropping the car off Honda had the car for 5 hours before realizing they had ordered the wrong part. Every time I called was like speaking to a new person. It was nice that I was offered a ride home to wait. I decided to wait for my car but it was nice that I was given the option to wait at home. I got my 15,000 mile recommended service.
