Disappointed loyal customer I was excited to have been able to schedule a service appointment for an oil change same day. But highly disappointed to have had to wait three hours I was excited to have been able to schedule a service appointment for an oil change same day. But highly disappointed to have had to wait three hours to have my car done when I was told it would only be about 1hr and a half. I’m not sure if this might have been due to the fact that my oil change was free since it was a recently purchased car so it was not a priority. I’m just discouraged to return to this dealer for any other services if this will happen again. I have dealt with this dealership since about 2007/2008 and had some minor but tolerable issues but never like this.’My service person who handled the paperwork was very polite and has great customer skills however I don’t know what happened with the actual service that this took so long. More

Give credit where credit is due. I have been coming to Honda since my first vehicle was bought at the age of 17. I’m 35 now and enjoy going to get my 2016 accord sport serviced. Nightmare service experience I’ve never encountered a worse service experience. I made a service appointment for a routine oil change and was told approximately 1 hour for comple I’ve never encountered a worse service experience. I made a service appointment for a routine oil change and was told approximately 1 hour for completion. I returned in 1.5 hrs and the car hadn’t even been taken in for service. In all it took 4.5 hrs for a simple oil change and was given cliche excuses. To compound matters I ended up having to pay for a tire rotation fee that was in the fine print that no one told me about that they require. Absolutely horrific. More

Expect slow service Went in just for the airbag recall. Took the whole day to get car back. Service advisor called that it's ready. It was 1230p and he said no drivers w Went in just for the airbag recall. Took the whole day to get car back. Service advisor called that it's ready. It was 1230p and he said no drivers were available because of lunch breaks. Had to wait till later during rush hour to pick up car. No one out front to get car. Waited over 30 minutes to get my car. If this wasn't a recall I would've NEVER gone to this dealership. More
