Horrible customer service It was very stressful experience I felt like no one cared at all with my concerns. Both myself and my boyfriend were put on hold transferred when we called we had to visit because nothing was being done over the phone and then waited hours with sales people walking around with no assistance. Horrible customer service. Although I love my Honda CR-V I wish the dealership would have made my experience much better. More

Overall I never wanted to buy a car here , pass by to check out a car that I had in mind, it was a great price definitely like the deal. Everything else was downhill .Customer service suck!, had to do body work on the car , it was a terrible, Car was deliver no gas , not washed, had to wash my car next day , and fill it up , i also had to pay $200 to wax the car to Mach the body work.
