HORRIBLE! To be completely honest I feel they were deceptive and dishonest with the car buying process/experience. I was sold a vehicle which the dealership tec To be completely honest I feel they were deceptive and dishonest with the car buying process/experience. I was sold a vehicle which the dealership technically didnt own or had legal possesion of because they did not possess the title for the vehicle. It had taken a total of nearly 2 months to obtain my registration and license plates. I was only issued a temporary tag for two weeks which expired. So for nearly 1 month and a half I was unable to drive a vehicle I purchased but was paying a note on and insurance for. They dragged there feet with the process and gave a million and one excuses as to why it occured but never once took ownership of their wrong doing and or expediting the issue to resolve it for me. I honestly would not recomend the dealership for future business and Im not the only person who has experienced this situation. You may research online and you will find multiple customers experienced just the same issue and this dealership was taken to court a number of years back because of these deceptive practices. The only individual who seem to actually care and give a sh*t was Victor Vasquez. If it werent for him and putting effort in to help solve the issues and update as to what was happening I would have been left in tbe dark and probably would still be waiting at this very moment. Multiple staff there dont seem to care or want to assist almost seems like your a bother when you call to seek information or walk in. They pass the buck to someone else. That to me is horrible customer service. But in the end I learned my lesson and this is the first and last vehicle I will wver purchase from this establishment. Shop at your own risk, buyer BEWARE! More
