Very pathetic and poor customer service I have very unpleasant and bad experience with Hudson Honda. I purchase a used car from them. Their tag line - the smart way to rewards™ - No Hidden Fees No Surprises No Pressure is just a way to misguide the customers. I already had 6 visits to their dealership and still struggling to make my purchase through. There are so many used car dealers in the market , Hudson Honda is also like those road side dealers who want to sell the Car and make people trouble. They asked me to visit Route 22 Nissan to get the issues fixed. I visited 2 times and failed to get the issues addressed due to their poor coordination and mismanagement. I wrote 3~4 emails to Joseph Lynch ( GM Hudson Honda). I have not even got any response with action from him. The only person is Paula who tried to help me out in getting the issues fixed. I have no faith in Hudson Honda and would like to return this Car even I have to lose some money More
