Lack of professionalism Very dissatisfied with the service I received today December 1st 2018. I just took my car there for a recall and additional services. When they returned my car the driver's window was broken (out of its track). When I tried to find out what had happened Jhan, who never saw my car, told me that I did it and that's how "they" received the car. So then I THOUGHT speaking to a manager would be better. I was wrong, this guy ,Micheal Albrizio said he was there watching his guy work on my car ( I NEVER said it was the technician) and he didn't do it. He was not going to assume responsibility for it. Also, he didn't even let me speak. Lack of professionalism maybe there should be someone supervising the “managers”. More
