Not great This was my first time trying this new location for the proximity to my home. Made an online service appointment and received an email confirmation. The next morning I received an email cancellation of my appointment and another appointment confirmation as if I had made it. I immediately called and they informed me that I had made the changes and gave me a hard time to reschedule an appointment I had never cancelled. Once I arrived to my rescheduled appointment, I was informed they were unable to take me because they had too many cars ! Ultimately my car was taken in , but the overall service from an employee cancellation to turning a customer away who had a scheduled service appointment is not acceptable. More
