COMPLETELY AWFUL AND GARBAGE Don’t bother trying to buy a new car unless you record your conversation from the very beginning when dealing with Moises or the “new sales manager JO Don’t bother trying to buy a new car unless you record your conversation from the very beginning when dealing with Moises or the “new sales manager JOSH.” These both are sneaky individuals who continuous praise the idea that reviews mean a lot to them, but will talk garbage infront of your face under their breath and denie such allegations as well. I was placed on hold for an hour while Moises claimed he would check the status on a refund check i was supposed to receive and instead he was trying to make a sale the whole time not knowing i was hearing the whole conversation. To further add on to that, always try asking for how many months you’ll be making a certain payment and i guarantee they’ll continuously dodge it with “don’t worry about it, we got you.” It’s annoying. Especially when expressing the need to write a bad review you have a grown man acting like a child and demonstrating a form of pettiness by stating, “how would you like it if i went and wrote a bad review about your place.” Mind you, when someone hasn’t even been there to experience any form of customer service is already making statements to hurt my location of work is a form of immature pettiness, especially from a grown man who’s manager. You would have thought a level of professionalism would be demonstrated but totally not!! More
