I dropped my vehicle off because of an airbag recall. A multi-point check was also done and the paper was staples to my invoice. As soon as I drove away from Honda, the person that dropped me off told me t multi-point check was also done and the paper was staples to my invoice. As soon as I drove away from Honda, the person that dropped me off told me that my rear lights appeared to not be working. I tested my lights and all of my brake lights wouldn't turn on. When I called after I left, the lady I spoke to in service could not give me a definitive answer if that is something that is part of the multi-point check and took my information for someone to call me. I called back at 6 pm, I was told the service department was closed. I was really upset and disappointed that I took my vehicle to your dealership for service and I was not notified that 3 of my rear lights were out. My vehicle does not notify me that a light is out, as I've had other vehicles in the past do so. I think it's completely unprofessional that I called yesterday and instead of a manager calling me I receive a text message. I put my trust in your service department and after this experience I will never bring my vehicle back to Hudson Honda. I took my vehicle to the Paramus Honda somewhere between 5 to 8 years ago. For a different recall. That experience was a complete 180. At the time I had an issue with my power steering that I was not aware of and they went over that with me. Since I didn't receive a call from the manager yesterday, I did reach out to Honda and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. If the service department is not notifying their customers with something as simple as a rear brake light, there must be more going on behind the scenes that's not being told to other customers and Honda as well as the BBB should investigate. More

Made an appointment for friday jan 17 for 230 pm but arrived at 2 pm seen by Gustavo Rios who is a very pleasant, friendly and accommodating service advisor. I was there for pil changed, changed break fluid snd changed fuel injector fluid .sent me msgs to update with my CRV . Promised it will be done for an hour but it took about 45 minutes only. I was a happy costumer for this visit. More
