Two weeks ago I Scheduled appointment for Yesterday. Couple of days before appointment I got notification reminding me of the scheduled time. Half an hour later I got a phone call telling me that “unfortunately replacing of the recalled part cannot be done because Service does not have required part until Thursday”. My opinion is that something like that should not happened. I had to take a day off from work just to waist it for nothing plus I will have to take another day off to finally have that done. My question i why that part was not available when there was plenty of time for that, two weeks should be enough. More

This is the first time I have a bad experience getting my car serviced(oil change) as well as issues with the engine. I left my car at 7am, called like 3 times to get my quote on getting my brakes done but d car serviced(oil change) as well as issues with the engine. I left my car at 7am, called like 3 times to get my quote on getting my brakes done but didn’t get a call back until 3pm and I had to remind the service representative that I had requested a quote. He gave me such a high quote as if it was done purposely so I wouldn’t have my car serviced so late. I was very displeased with the service. More
