I have a complaint to make. I took my car there, the Ac was not working, it turned out to be a bad compressor which the order for a new was placed. But I also I asked for the tires to be checked the senso was not working, it turned out to be a bad compressor which the order for a new was placed. But I also I asked for the tires to be checked the sensor light kept coming on despide the tires had the right PSI. Well, after I picked up my car I went on the Palisade Parkaway and the light for the tire pressure came on again, I had to pull over, I checked the tires, the front tires had 37.5 PSI. When the car's manufacturer suggests 32 and obviously was wrong other wise the sensor wouldn't had lit up. I could've had an accident. Your people recklessly put more air in the tires than the suggested. I picked up my car thinking you have done your job properly when you didn't. I Took my car there in August for an oil change and tire rotation, and one of your service writers told me the car needed also change of filters for the ac and something else. So did and I paid a lot of money for that, when I took my car this time too, the service guy told that my car need it new filter for something else and for that was $300 dollars more. You people are very prompt to suggest services in cars but when you have to do the job, don't you it accordingly. Only God knows what else hasn't been done properly. My car it's a 2018 model , it's practically a new car. More
