Showed up for our recall service appointment and were told "we don't have the part, when can we reschedule your app" no phone call to let us know not to come in, no apologies. Very unprofessional. I call told "we don't have the part, when can we reschedule your app" no phone call to let us know not to come in, no apologies. Very unprofessional. I called to speak with service manager and of course they weren't available. They call me a few days after that to tell me "hi we have your part in when would you like to come in" I ask to speak to manager which of course was not available, the woman on the phone basically hangs up. Thanks guys! What a difference from the sales department to the service department. More
