I contacted Hudson Honda Service Center in regards to bringing in my Honda Civic for maintaince. Chris Gomez was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took is time, listen to my issues and concerns and ful bringing in my Honda Civic for maintaince. Chris Gomez was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took is time, listen to my issues and concerns and fully explained all maintainance work that would be done on my vechile. Taxes and fees were also explained. I was very pleased with the outcome. 2 weeks ago I got the oil changed at the dealer in West New York. 2 days ago, coming home from work, I got a sign that the oil level was low and that I shouldn't drive the car. I called the Honda Customer New York. 2 days ago, coming home from work, I got a sign that the oil level was low and that I shouldn't drive the car. I called the Honda Customer service, and they towed the car the dealer in Passaic. When I went to pick up the car, the mechanic told me that the engine oil drain plug came off because it was probably lose from the last oil change. This was dangerous for the car ,my family, and myself. The person at the West New York dealer mechanic didn't do a good job with the oil change for my car. However, the customer service is really good and friendly. More
