It took 2yrs and more than 10 appointments to figure out why my car would turn off while driving. I received every excuse in the book and came out of pocket for tow trucks, New battery and rental cars due t why my car would turn off while driving. I received every excuse in the book and came out of pocket for tow trucks, New battery and rental cars due to the incompetence at this dealership. Never received an apology from staff. The supervisor Regis is never there and wouldn't even offer me a loaner due to the may times my car was in the shop. Also had a valet threaten my father's life and he is still working at this location. Terrible service. More

Horrible I got a suv I’ve been having problems with my car from day 1!! I’ve been driving from Brooklyn to get my car service several times the check engine light is still on!!
