Buying the truck was fine. Gave the salesman a 500 dollar down payment with a handshake with the agreement of a cover from a 2021?Ridgeline. I asked numerous times if this was okay and he assured me, not a problem at all it's a done deal! When it came to signing all the paperwork the sales person said he couldn't do what we agreed upon and was adamant about it! So I told finance guy and the salesman that the deal was off! Then salesman went speak to someone and now it was okay again. The service department needs to improve with communication even with all your text that they send out. As for your parts department, 'excellent', Manny the manager is always willing to go above and beyond to help. He helped me the day I picked up my truck because the sales person could not locate the parts that I was promised when I made the deal. The sales person said the parts that were included in the deal did not come with the cover I was promised but Manny made sure I had them installed right then and there, which came off of the truck that I was promised it from. Manny removed them from the other truck and installed them on my truck! As for the dealership, I'm undecided it has its good points and bad points. Emanuele Acquafredda More
