Shady, dishonest, unprofessional, Maynor Alvarenga is the worst manager, pricy, never explained to me any additional care and added to my bill Honda care without my permission. Finance guy Yirko salga rushed me, didn’t explain to me my plan, didn’t say what expenses added. Saying he has to go for family proposal party. Not my business. I asked for more explanation about my down payment and he never said where the money was added. That was my first purchase from honda and I liked the car but because the type of treatment i got i would never purchase a honda in my life. I always thought that when you buy something you get treated nice and you have nice experience with sales person but unfortunately i was treated very disrespectful way.
