I called ahead and scheduled an appointment, because my car has the interlock device. I was told that it was fine to bring in and that they could work with it. When I get there that was not the case. Work car has the interlock device. I was told that it was fine to bring in and that they could work with it. When I get there that was not the case. Working with the technician was fine but once I was quoted the price I’d have to pay, was shocking. I got a list to dos with pricing, i went to Mavis got some of the listed items done and saved $1600 from the quoted work by Honda. When you ask am I coming back, that’s self explanatory! More

I paid for a diagnostic and IP to use their tools didn’t really like the fact that I had to pay for their tools and they diagnostic basically I know the problem it’s a known issue with honda and they didn’t really like the fact that I had to pay for their tools and they diagnostic basically I know the problem it’s a known issue with honda and they didn’t solve it other than that everything was OK at the dealership very friendly people and I didn’t wait long for service but the time they told me I can pick my vehicle up I felt like they didn’t really check my vehicle they just threw the ODB two machine on the vehicle to get a call that I knew was there already they didn’t really tell me anything else about the vehicle any leaks or anything like that I believe when you pay for a diagnostic you want the whole car to be checked out not get to 180DB2 machine on eight I could’ve did that myself and save money More
