After several weeks of agonizing internet research and calls/visits to dealerships in the area, we finally found our way to Hudson Honda and were fortunate enough to meet Victor Santos on our way in. We knew exactly what we wanted and that the car was en route to the dealership, but we weren’t positive we’d end up signing a lease that day. Victor was awesome: he shared his experience as a dad owning multiple Honda Pilots over the years (we’re expecting our second in a few weeks and all of our decision factors are family-focused!), he answered all of our questions directly and helped us weigh trade-offs, and he was fair and transparent in pricing (we had done a fair amount of research ahead of time and had our comfort zone well-established). In the end, another Honda dealer in the area offered us a slightly lower monthly lease price, but after having had a sub-par experience working with that other dealer / not feeling great about how they were pushing us into a different car than what was right with our family, we decided we were much happier giving Victor our business. From there, the rest of our experience was shockingly smooth: everyone we worked with to finalize our lease (Sales Manager, Finance Manager, EVERYONE!) was awesome, competent, and a joy to deal with. (This was NOT our experience leasing our last Honda at a different dealership, that felt a lot more like pulling teeth.) We’d enthusiastically recommend Hudson Honda - it’s not the biggest or flashiest Honda dealership in the area but who cares - what matters is the people are fantastic and we walked away feeling GREAT about our experience. Will absolutely be coming back for our next lease in a few years! More

The main point as to why I brought the car, at the end of the day it wasn’t fixed. And then when I want to go get it, the front associate just gave me the receipt and told me to go look for someone to take t the day it wasn’t fixed. Be aware when you ask for work to be completed ask copys of alignment print out and make sure to ask for old parts back. I came in with two coupons one for oil change package which included a oil change ali of alignment print out and make sure to ask for old parts back. I came in with two coupons one for oil change package which included a oil change alignment and a rotation. The 2nd coupon was for a oil change bogo. So at the end I paid for the package and no alignment no rotation where completed I paid 148 for a oil change. I have had two many problems in the pass with this service department . This was the last straw. Will not be back. More
