Chris Gomez was very rude to me and other costumers except when one of their boss is around. He seems like he hates helping costumers. I had a service visit yesterday but I was not happy with the service at all. When I called to make an appointment for oil change, I was told it takes 1-1.5 hours. When I checked in my car yesterday, I was t the service at all. When I called to make an appointment for oil change, I was told it takes 1-1.5 hours. When I checked in my car yesterday, I was told my car should be ready in 1.5 hours. After 2 hours waiting, I was told that they had not even started the service (oil change) on my car. It would take another 45 minutes to do the oil change. But I had to leave at that time. So I wasted 2 hours in Hudson Honda without getting anything done. Very disappointed!
