Hudson ford is the service center for Abra auto body of Hudson Wisconsin. My vehicle was hit in the RR corner and the wheel was directly impacted. The tire and rim were trash and after a spare was installed there was an obvious wobble to that wheel. Abra's service (Hudson Ford) reported that I just needed new brakes! I was obviously not buying this. Upon "completion" I took it to Luther Chevrolet who promptly reported a bent axle and brake rotor (RWD with solid axle vehicle). Additionally, they informed me that this was not at all safe to drive! American Family Insurance and Luther Chevrolet quickly made it right by repairing the damage that should have been fixed up front. Dave Holt would not be impressed (anyone from the area will understand this). More

Had an oil change / rotation appointment. After I picked up truck noticed rotation had not been completed. I asked and was told because I had one newer tire with more tread it could not be moved to front. up truck noticed rotation had not been completed. In the end since I am dependent on truck I opted to get new tires which was already planned for fall. Michaela was really cool even with my grumpiness and even discounted my new tires a bit. They put me right in and I’ll be ready for next road trip. FYI 3 of the original Goodyear Wrangler AT / Kevlar tires made it 97K w 7/32 remaining. Just a little cracking and the inability to rotate was reason I opted for new today. (4th tire got sidewall puncture at 80K). Since I purchased my Lincoln I have been bringing my car to Hudson Ford for service. I have always been satisfied with the service. It took over 1 hour for for an oil change, and I finally I asked Dakota to Hudson Ford for service. I have always been satisfied with the service. It took over 1 hour for for an oil change, and I finally I asked Dakota if my cat was ready yet. He said it shouldn't be much longer. I would have appreciated it more, if he would have come to me and said things are running late, and gave me the option of going home and coming back later to pick it up. Outside of that issue, I am very pleased with the service at Hudson Ford. Dakota is not the issue, it is a suggestion for anyone who has to wait for over an hour for a schedule appointment. More
