Very happy. Hudson Ford is the only place I will go for service on my two Fords. I bought new tires for my F150 and when they were finishing I noticed the tires were black wall and I wanted white lettering. Michaela immediately looked into the situation and between her and Dale they ordered different tires but due to the time could not get them on until the next day. Dale gave me a loner at no cost to me, which was fine with me. The new tires were installed and I was extremely happy. More

The Quick Lane that isn't so Quick Great staff, I must say there is nothing "quick" about this quick lane. Please take down the ":Quick Lane" sign, if it takes 2 hours, on a Monday midm Great staff, I must say there is nothing "quick" about this quick lane. Please take down the ":Quick Lane" sign, if it takes 2 hours, on a Monday midmorning, to get a oil change. I was offered the option to sit and wait, but it would be over a hour (minimum) before they could look, at the oil change. I said, may I come back in an hour, then answer was you need an appointment and the next one is 8 days out. More

Frustrated I stopped in one day for an oil change and was turned away as the lift wasn’t working.. I believe that is NOT necessary as for years oil changes have been done without them ! I was there again @4:00 on 10/21/2019 and told they couldn’t get me in before 7:00!!! I said that’s a big problem as I had already been sent away once to which I was told I could wait , but they could not guarantee I could be seen ! I said I’d wait , but there would be a problem if I had to leave without device being done ! At 6:47 my car was taken back and everything was completed . WHAT IS GOING ON ? DO YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE? NO NE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE ! Even a lady that had an appointment waited 3hours to be done! VERY POOR SERVICE!!! And not from the workers !!! From FORD !!!! They are just the workers dealing with FORDS BAD COMPANY MANAGEMENT!!!! If it wasn’t for my warranty, I’d go elsewhere!!!!! More
Service Dept, Jim is the man! I had to bring my car in for an inspection after hearing a clunking noise. I was able to schedule an appointment easily. Got out there with my 3 sma I had to bring my car in for an inspection after hearing a clunking noise. I was able to schedule an appointment easily. Got out there with my 3 small children, Jim in service took care of us right away. He had a loaner car all set for us so we didn't have to sit there and wait. Was called later that day with an update and was able to pick my car up in the morning. He made an unpleasant situation so easy. He made sure the kids stopped in the lobby for a cookie or popcorn and a bottle of water. We felt very taken care of and valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership and will be going there for any future needs. Thanks again service department!! More

Oli change and tire rotate. I went in without an appointment. They said it would take 1 1/2 hours. They provided a ride home. Car was ready when they said it would be.
