I recently had an unusual new sound that my car was making and of coarse I was worried about it. After talking to a very polite service manager who actually listened to my concerns arranged for me to b making and of coarse I was worried about it. After talking to a very polite service manager who actually listened to my concerns arranged for me to bring my car in for a diagnosis so an appointment was made for the next week. With the civic virus scare my wife didn’t me going out and risk bringing some illness back. He understood and suggested that they pick up the car. After reassuring me that they would disinfect the car before returning it I agreed. They promptly found the problem and fixed it! They clean the car and had it back to me the same day! I am impressed and very happy. Thank you! More

Excellent timing.. Oil change and tire rotation (the Works), which Michaela promised in 30 minutes, actually was completed in 25 minutes. Last time it was done at anothe Oil change and tire rotation (the Works), which Michaela promised in 30 minutes, actually was completed in 25 minutes. Last time it was done at another Ford dealership it took 1 and 1/2 hours to complete! Excellent service by a very friendly and competent staff. Am extremely happy with my experience at the Hudson Ford dealership. Service Department proficiency and courtesy is a rare commodity but this operation glows in its competency. Couldn't be happier.
