I called ahead to see what I should do to check out my Ford Escape recall. I pulled up to the service door as instructed and was ignored for about 15 min. I was treated rudely and condescendingly by the service representative who finally helped me once I entered the building. Among other things he immediately removed his mask outside because he “couldn’t breathe with the thing on” This was at first desk encountered at entry. He claimed he couldn’t see my car when I drove up to the service entry. He shrugged when I told him another car had driven in right as I approached that door. He told me to put WD40 on my car door that sticks. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth for a dealership where we have been royally treated in the past. More

Helpful and safe staff in Quick Service Center I called and ask if I could get an oil change the next day. Appointments were all full but was told walk in were welcome. I asked if early morning would be a good time and was advised that it take up to an hour with out an appointment but would be fit in. I arrived at 7 am, oil change was completed in 40 minutes. I was very happy with all the extra precautions that were take for COVID, masks, plexiglass and cleaning. More
