I brought my 2018 ford focus in to have a transmission issue looked at, and then from there it was to be brought to a third party for some paint repair. The body shop contacted me to inform me that my ve issue looked at, and then from there it was to be brought to a third party for some paint repair. The body shop contacted me to inform me that my vehicle was complete. I never heard a word from ford's service department about the repairs that they performed on the car. I have no idea what was or wasn't done to it. Very disappointing that they couldn't even give me a quick phone call to discuss what was done or needed to be done. If there was another ford dealership closer to me, I would not return to hudson ford again. More
