I never thought we could qualify for any kind of vehicle loan due to a recent bankruptcy. Wrong! We actually got a much better loan than before with a lower interest rate! Everyone we encountered treated us with respect and positivity. Other dealers I had attempted to deal with were sarcastic and pushy. Not Hudson Ford staff. We never felt rushed. Paige and Nic were completely forthcoming with all details of the purchasing process. They explained each step completely and in layman's terms. We feel confident about our purchase. A good experience. This is a good dealership. Visit started with a repair to my 2015 Edge which Nate Wood handled excellently, could not have been better. While the 2015 Edge was in for the repair (alternator replacement) the 25% discount program on 2019 units was announced. We decided to take advantage of the program and worked with Brian Meyer/Sales and Levi K./Finance on the process. They met my needs and it was a smooth experience. They found the way to get the balance on the 2105 Edge Premium extended maintenance package refunded to me ( I will be waiting for the check and will contact Levi if it does not eventually come to me). I did purchase a Premium extended warranty package on the 2019 Edge. There was a little confusion at the time of pick up, but I overlook those things as it really resulted to people trying to do their best. Over all a good experience. This was my second time working with Levi, and he is great. Brian did his best to make sure we were taken care of, I wish him well in his sales career. There is one concern. When looking to at the 2019 Brian mentioned it had around that it had around 4,000miles on it, it was a demo driven by an owner. I was OK with that mileage. When I sat in the car on the day pf purchase there were 3,967 miles on the unit, Brian was right. However, when I started the car up to drive away two days later I noticed that there were 4,047 miles on the car. Brian was in the car with us and I chose not to mention it at that time. So there were around 80 miles put on a car that I had purchased and left for post purchase services. To my knowledge the only time that the car should have left the lot was to get a tank of gas at the Holiday station. That is about it. More
