Great experience! Found the car with features I wanted online on a Sunday, had a message chat the same day & was contacted by a sales associate, Amillie, Monday morning. Service for a leaking oil pan on my 19’ F150 2.7. I’ve been treated very well at Hudson Ford the few times service was needed. Derek set up my appointment, reserved the courtesy vehicle and ensured the n been treated very well at Hudson Ford the few times service was needed. Derek set up my appointment, reserved the courtesy vehicle and ensured the new oil pan was in stock, Jim checked in my truck and got me back on the road with the courtesy vehicle and Dylan checked in the courtesy vehicle when I returned it, gave me my paperwork and walked me to my truck, he also made sure to answer any questions I may have had before leaving. Great communication and professional service all around. More
