Helpful and safe staff in Quick Service Center I called and ask if I could get an oil change the next day. Appointments were all full but was told walk in were welcome. I asked if early morning wou I called and ask if I could get an oil change the next day. Appointments were all full but was told walk in were welcome. I asked if early morning would be a good time and was advised that it take up to an hour with out an appointment but would be fit in. I arrived at 7 am, oil change was completed in 40 minutes. I was very happy with all the extra precautions that were take for COVID, masks, plexiglass and cleaning. More
I was in search of a new car. So I googled places that would work with people with not so good credit and found Hudson ford I was contacted by Dani kirch-Whitmore and she was so easy to work with. Spoke clearly and slowly and answered all my questions set me up with a meeting with John George! I came in and explained what I ideally was looking for and needed. And. My current situation didn’t think anything would work . Not going to lie I was anxious nervous because other dealers I have dealt with in the past were. Not so fun. But John he’s one of a kind! He listened to my wants and needs. He laughed at my jokes. And truly showed that he cared about finding me the best deal not over selling me or making me feel pressured he explained to me in great detail. Ever step. And even tho we couldn’t find the car I wanted with the sun roof and touch screen. He didn’t give up he’s Persistent and doesn’t give up. At all he made a deal work that fits better with my budget and I drove off with a 2017 escape and to be honest I’m glad this was the car I got. I absolutely love how it drives. And handles. I feel safer. He made the whole process go fast and quick and painless! He communicated with me every step of the way and never once made me feel like I was just another customer. I felt like a special customer he’s always peppy and seems to enjoy getting to know his clients. Not just on the car aspect but also personally and for me that’s a huge part of customer service. Hudson ford is extremely lucky to have him and I sure will be Recommending other to see him. Levi is also superb he quick but spoke clear and answered all the questions I needed. A huge Thank you to all of you For all you do for being safe during this pandemic but also so kind I absolutely love my new car. You all are amazing people and Hudson ford is beyond blessed to have you ! More
