I was having FordPass app issues with my ‘19 F150. I tried everything to get my truck activated on the app. No luck. Called the Hudson Ford dealership for help. You would think buying a car without seeing it in person and test driving it would be extremely foolish. This was not the case with Hudson Ford and more importantly Brandon Riel. I am from New York, over 1000 miles from the dealership and Brandon truly helped me with every step of the way. He answered every question, returned my calls, sent me detailed photos and videos of the car, overnighted all my paperwork and made the process as smooth and easy as possible. He was even willing to go to work on his off day to make sure the car was picked up correctly by the truck to New York. Brandon was down to earth and honest about everything. Everyone I interacted with on the phone were extremely friendly and professional. It was the first time I really felt I could trust someone in the car sales business and that says a lot as I never even met him in person.
