I purchased my truck after finding it listed online at Hudson Ford. I called up the dealership and was directed to Jeff Friese who was AWESOME! He even worked with me as the point of contact for the auto transport company (Montway Auto Transport) that I arranged to get the truck to me from WI to NC. I just can’t say enough about how smooth the entire process was at Hudson Ford and working with Salesman Jeff Friese and Paige Ring in the Finance Dept. It’s no wonder why they are the best Ford Dealership in WI. I just want to also say that Paige Ring in Finance was fantastic. She helped make the process seem so effortless and simple. My brand new 2020 ranger came with a defect in the windshield. I had to bring the vehicle all the way back to the dealer to have it replaced. I waited a week for an answer and they want me to come back from 40 miles away, leave my truck so someone can use touch up paint on my brand new truck, and take a loner for the day. I guess you have to spend more than $39,000 for good service. More
