Service Consultant Dakota Goldbeck provided me with Excellent Service when I took my 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid in for an Oil Change and Honest People. I purchased my truck after finding it listed online at Hudson Ford. I called up the dealership and was directed to Jeff Friese who was AWESOME! Jeff was very polite, professional, easy to talk to, happy Hudson Ford. I called up the dealership and was directed to Jeff Friese who was AWESOME! Jeff was very polite, professional, easy to talk to, happy to provide additional information and even a video of the truck and a pleasure to work with for the purchase. He even worked with me as the point of contact for the auto transport company (Montway Auto Transport) that I arranged to get the truck to me from WI to NC. I just can’t say enough about how smooth the entire process was at Hudson Ford and working with Salesman Jeff Friese and Paige Ring in the Finance Dept. It’s no wonder why they are the best Ford Dealership in WI. I just want to also say that Paige Ring in Finance was fantastic. She helped make the process seem so effortless and simple. She did a great job! Thank you Jeff and Paige. All the way around there was no pressure or back and forth about anything. Far and away this purchase was the smoothest and and most enjoyable vehicle purchase we have made. And to think it was all done via the phone calls, pictures, texts, email and the online listing information. You all get the highest rating from us! More
