Brett Carey was extremely kind and patient, though it took me a while to get my finances together. Nobody at the dealership placed any pressure on me, and everyone was very helpful and warm. We looked at several different models but as usual the Taurus I was looking for just wasn't available at the time. The next day Joe called me about a recent trade-in. Joe sent me pictures and I was hooked. I drove over that day, took a road test, and signed a purchase agreement that afternoon. The next day i came in, and all the paperwork was ready and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes or less. Great deal. That was the least amount of time I have ever spent for a car purchase. More

I started searching for dealerships and a new or used F-150 Supercrew cab in Dec. You can imagine the responses I've rec'd, all the way from Rochester to St. Cloud. Only Hudson Ford has responded in a manor the makes me want to work out a deal with you. My first contact was with Jason Kahl. I stopped in and I told him that I was just starting to shop for a truck and was not in the market to purchase one now... he took my info. and would call me if a truck comes in that matches what I want. He thanked me for stopping in and to come back when I was ready.... No pressure and he hasn't called daily like some dealerships. Since then, I have been in contact w/ Sarah Salaba via emails. She has totally sold me on Hudson Ford, your staff and your customer service. I truly believe that when Jason or Sarah calls, they will have found the truck I meets my request. I feel I won't find a better dealership to work with. Sarah has been very supportive and understanding, asking questions, and never once made me feel "pressured to promised the sky" to come test drive a vehicle.
