I recently visited Hudson Ford to have some parts installed on my truck. Kim and Tracy at the Front desk were extremely helpful in pointing me in the right direction, so I could get what I needed. Vehicle exactly as described on internet. Talked with receptionist and Joe Neinas over the phone before we made the trip up there. We worked only incidentally with Joe as we discussed a trade-in, but he, too, was the real deal for making a great effort to do a good job.
