My Granddaughter was looking for a car. I found a jeep there she didn't want a jeep. Walked in showed her a picture of the jeep Doug came up to help found the keys went for a ride and she I found a jeep there she didn't want a jeep. Walked in showed her a picture of the jeep Doug came up to help found the keys went for a ride and she lived it. I had a jeep like it she lived that one. End of story she bought it and loves it. Refused to perform warranty repair on a vehicle purchased at a different dealership. Told me to take it back to them even though it’s 40 miles further away. Ordered a king ranch through Jason Kahl in January. Jason did not order it as we had requested. Picked it up in May. Then the front passenger seat’s leather was peeling and I thought it was just stitch Jason did not order it as we had requested. Picked it up in May. Then the front passenger seat’s leather was peeling and I thought it was just stitching coming out when I first looked at it the end of Oct. Sent a picture of it to Jason as he requested and was told by him that since the stitching wasn’t coming out there was nothing they could do about this. I took my truck to Northtown Ford in Menomonie and Jake sent the picture in to Ford and they stood behind it and got the seat replaced. More

I see many people had a good experience, but not I! I felt like Jason K. was not friendly and it appeared to me that he didn't want to waste any time with me. He strolled toward me with his hands in hi I felt like Jason K. was not friendly and it appeared to me that he didn't want to waste any time with me. He strolled toward me with his hands in his pockets and reluctantly asked what I needed. He didn't offer to do anything more than he had to. I was there to find a car and purchase one if we could get one near what we were looking for. We were willing to wait as long as needed. He didn't ask for my name so he could contact me if something came along like what we needed. But maybe that is asking too much now a days. Maybe begging for help would work??? More
