Purchased a 2013 Ford Escape Joe Neinas was wonderful to work with. He showed me all the features the vehicle had to offer and how to use them. Kalena was incredibly friendly, and not FAKE friendly, but genuinely smiling and able to answer all of my questions. She was not pushy, which is a huge thing with me. She made suggestions, and let me make my own decisions. She went above and beyond to ensure that even though the vehicle I wanted could not be available at the dealership as quickly as I had hoped due to the need for a dealer trade, I had all my paperwork completed so that the day I picked up my new vehicle, it took 30 min to sign the documents and go over the car top to bottom. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car - you will not be disappointed! More

Words spelled wrong included: figureing, youre (three times in place of 'your') threw (in place of "through") an tomarrow. I highly suggest using a more professional dealership! More
