Very Impressed with this dealership! Initially, I purchased a 2003 Honda Accord and found out a few days later from the Honda dealership that the car was unsafe to drive. When I contacted Hudson Ford, they turned the situation into a positive one by taking accountability for the situation. Instead of being difficult as most places would have been, I was VERY relieved that they worked with me to find a better, more reliable vehicle. I am very impressed with how Mike Holly and Cory Spear stepped up to the plate and insured that I left their dealership a much happier person. They both were very courteous and professional, and did everything possible to make sure that they found a another vehicle for me in a prompt and efficient manner. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking for a great staff to work with. More

The only negative is my trade-in a well maintained F-150 and you would only give me minimum value. You could of bumped it a couple of hundred in the negotiations that's all it would of taken I left feeling cheated in that respect. More

In and out and satisfied in under 2 hours!! I walked into Hudson Ford, and switched up the whole idea that I had previously had them prepare for. I had told them I wanted an SUV, but showed up a I walked into Hudson Ford, and switched up the whole idea that I had previously had them prepare for. I had told them I wanted an SUV, but showed up and wanted a car... They took it in stride, despite them having prepared a whole visit for me. Jason found me a car that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, perfect for my needs, and financing was within my stated budget amount. Even with changing things up on them last minute, I was in and out of the dealership in 1 hour and 45 minutes, and drove away in my brand new car and had traded in my old car. Absolutely impressive timing. They made sure to care that I had to pick my children up by a certain time, so they got me in and out. The fact that they cared about my schedule meant a lot. I will never use another dealership after this experience. This is how it SHOULD be! Way to go Hudson Ford! More
