Michaela McCann is a phenomenal service advisor and although the shop was short handed, the techs worked like friendliness at Hudson Ford Quicklane! In the two hours I was there I witnessed 5 oil changes, a tire repair, an install of a full set of tires and an alignment! Michaela and her techs are rock stars!
