Before we leave to shop, we always ask the tech if certain things were checked/done - They ALWAYS say, "yup, your good to go".... We always have to return to have them correct the issue and finish the job. It seems like the service department doesn't care especially when they act like it was no big deal that we had to come back. Gets to be very frustrating especially when you don't live close by. I would recommended the service department for only certain things - other things I would not. More

Oil change and non-working airconditioning While the oil change was pretty standard and was completed without a hitch, our air conditioning, or lack of air conditioning was much more upsetting. The service technician confirmed that the problem was a leaking rear evaporator. They had one on hand, and replaced our faulty one. We have working air again and are very pleased. The scheduling process was easy and the service was performed in a very timely manner. More
