The service was fine but they ran my vehicle through the wash which seemed to have a malfunction with rinse and dry because I picked it up with noticeable water spots and soap spots throughout the whole veh wash which seemed to have a malfunction with rinse and dry because I picked it up with noticeable water spots and soap spots throughout the whole vehicle. I had just had someone spend hours hand washing/drying it a few days prior. I wish they would have asked me if I wanted a wash or have a quality check to make sure the vehicle looks great for the customer? I did reach out to a manager who got back to me right away and offered to personally hand wash and dry it. I really appreciated his response. More
