Customer Focused. After discovering a leak in my head gasket (yikes!) I immediately called to get my jeep serviced. After confirmation that some major work would need to be done, they got me in a rental and started the work on my car. I was very impressed that amongst all of the COVID changes, customer service was still the main focus and I felt like my safety was their priority as well. My service took a little longer than normal due to shipping delays and such, but all that mattered to me was having my jeep back in working order. My service advisor McKenzie was fantastic. She kept me up to date when changes happened or how the work was going. I also spoke to a Customer Service manager (Bill Bush) and he was very understanding and made it his priority to get my Jeep back as soon as he could. All the staff there was phenomenal. I definitely will be going back for any future repairs. More

Oil change and filter pretty expensive, but I guess it's because of synthetic and you don't have to get it changed as often. People are nice. The waiting area is very nice and they separated people for because of synthetic and you don't have to get it changed as often. People are nice.
