Customer Service personnel were great - knowledgeable, courteous, COVID-compliant, which was important to me. My single issue: I had used masking tape to hold a personnel were great - knowledgeable, courteous, COVID-compliant, which was important to me. My single issue: I had used masking tape to hold a loose door gasket in place on my Grand Cherokee during the early stages of COVIE when I didn't want to be bringing it in for service (not even sure if you were open). The tech who installed the new gasket said he/she couldn't get all of the tape off the paint above the passenger door. But it doesn't really look like they tried very hard. This is a leased vehicle and we'll be bringing it back to Luther Hudson in December. I'm imagining you won't like that tape and adhesive residue on the car and will ding us for the cost for repairing it. Frankly, I'd as soon pay for that now if someone in your shop knows what solvent can be used to remove it. I can't believe that - with all of the expertise Luther has - some tape can't be removed, somehow. Please advise. More

Great! Came in to finish an air bag recall repair on Saturday 6/13 at 0800 hrs. Waited in the wait area until about 0930 hrs. I believe it was Summer who advised that it would be a little longer than expected and offered a loaner vehicle. That was unexpected. Went home, able to mow the lawn. My Jeep was done in the afternoon. Returned the loaner, picked up my Jeep at about 1530 hrs or so. All good! More
