I have bring my car for service and repairs for about 10 years and would rate a 9, but after the last 3 service visit I was extremely upset for the service. Being a retired chief engineer in the US coast g years and would rate a 9, but after the last 3 service visit I was extremely upset for the service. Being a retired chief engineer in the US coast guard I do have mechanical knowledge and trouble shooting abilities, so when I bring in my vehicle I tell the service desk what symptoms are and suspected cause, I am in know way claiming to be a qualified technician, but I do know basic signs and possible causes of most basic symptoms. The last 3 times they apparently did not pay attention of my suggestion, this causing repairs to take 2 to 3 days for repairs, and on the last 2 times I had to bring my vehicle back, at which time they considered my recommendations and found the problem that I suspected, then I had to wait another 2 to 3 days for service completion, I did meet with Bill the service manager, and he was very professional and understanding and I'm sure things will improve, I will give it a try again when I need service and hopefully not have another experience last time like More

Towed Durango in many times for failure to start, but they couldn't find issue. After bringing my vehicle in for a repair quote, I asked them what tests they performed to verify the issue in the Air Ride suspension. They wouldn't tell me, and then they tried to tell me it wasn't worth them what tests they performed to verify the issue in the Air Ride suspension. They wouldn't tell me, and then they tried to tell me it wasn't worth fixing, and offered me $1000 trade in. I wasn't looking for a new vehicle. One of the technicians then offered me $1500 cash to sell it to him. I left and took it elsewhere to be repaired. The cost of the parts for the repair was less than $500, and the vehicle Private Party Blue Books between $8000 and $10,000 in just Good condition. I will never return to them for service. More
Needed a new battery. I bought it in 2001. Dealer said they would need to test it to make sure it was bad and then they could do a warranty. It tested good ( 3 of the t I bought it in 2001.
