I was being nice by not answering this email but since this is the fifth one you sent here you go. Called up got the price for the part 90 bucks. Transferred over to service asked how much to install new this is the fifth one you sent here you go. Called up got the price for the part 90 bucks. Transferred over to service asked how much to install new shark fin antenna on truck. Quote was around 200 plus part. Set appointment to have it done. Momma takes truck in after waiting 2 hrs lady from service department comes out and says it's going to be another three hours and going to cost around 600 dollars because they had to drop the headliner to put the shark fin antenna in from the bottom. Momma was shocked and called me to tell me what was happening. I responded by letting her know that I knew they had to drop the headliner to put it in we had talked about it when i got the quote and not to do it. when momma told the service lady what I said she was confused and told momma the part was $200 and install would be $400 just in labor. Momma let me know this as she was leaving the dealership after being their for 2 hours and not having anything done to the truck. I called a different dealership and got the price for the part. $90 talked to their service department about getting it installed around $200 made sure they understood that they need to drop the headliner to do it. yup yup I'm the dummy. Called back to your dealership and asked what happened same service lady that I talked to to set up the appointment (the one that also talked with momma) tells me part $200 and the whole headliner bit again. My response was I know about the headliner we talked about it when I made the appointment and why did the price of the part go up to $200 when everywhere else its $90. Please hold the response I get a few minutes later she comes back and says oh your right the part is $90. Me. I know remember I ordered it so why was it going to cost 600 to put it in. slight pause well the computer says it's a 4 hour job and our labor rate it $180 something an hour. Me have any job openings I'll work their for half of that. She chuckles and says the mechanic is lucky if he makes $18 an hour. Now I understand overhead and mark up but to tell someone that. Come on. Needless to say I didn't have any work done at your service dept. And ask you how many start would you take off for this kind of ordeal. Next day different dealerships $278 and 1.5 hours later momma leaving with a new sharkfin antenna on the truck. More
Very expensive labor to put parts in that break fairly quickly. I even fixed my own washer hose after being charged 80$. Washer hose breaks again, so I fix it with 2$ zip ties. Every time I have come here for service the customer service is top notch. Pre COVID I waited for service and they had a wonderful area for kids to play, also offered complimentary snacks and drinks. service is top notch. Our second visit because of COVID they came to my house and picked up my car as a courtesy. Then returned it later that day when the work was complete. The communication I receive is also top notch, I get emails and text messages with updates. I was informed when someone was on their way to get my car and when the work was complete. More

They replace one part and knew it didn’t fix the issue but still charged us $450+. Then they replaced the whole assembly and charged us another $700. Said we also had a license plate light out and would but still charged us $450+. Then they replaced the whole assembly and charged us another $700.
